1. Scope of the Warranty

This warranty applies to items made to order using our 3D configurator.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of delivery.

3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects caused by the maker, specifically:

• Weak stitching

• Damaged tail attachment

• Product not matching the order

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the user, such as:

• Natural wear and tear during use

• Excessive flattening of the filling

• Stains or discoloration

• Damage caused during washing (see care instructions in our FAQ)

Small differences in appearance, color, or dimensions due to handmade, custom production are also not covered by the warranty.

4. How to Use the Warranty

To make a claim, please contact us via email at: [email protected].

Once we confirm your eligibility for a warranty repair, you must send the item to our company address at your own expense, making sure it is protected from further damage during transit.

After we receive the item, we have up to 6 weeks to complete the repair. We will then ship it back to the address you provided – at our expense.
