Ordering
Yes, we do make custom orders, and we love creating them! As long as it’s a tail, paws, or ears made from fur, we can likely create a custom order for you!
Please note: Custom orders can take longer to make than products from our collection.
Yes, you can purchase as a guest without creating an account. However, an account lets you save your shipping details and track your orders. You’ll still need to provide your name and address to complete your order.
Making tails, paws, ears, or other handmade items takes 3 to 6 weeks from the order date. Keep in mind this is just the crafting time—you’ll need to add shipping time as well!
Our products are handmade in our studio, which takes time. If you have a tight deadline, please mention it in the order comments—we’ll do our best, but we can’t promise anything!
Yes, it is possible! When selecting your payment method, choose Klarna. You can then choose to pay one month later or in 3 installments.

No, we only use faux fur, and it is of the highest quality.
The standard tail attachment consists of two strips of fabric through which you thread your belt.
The hidden belt loop is a hole in the tail where you can insert your belt. As the name suggests, this attachment is less visible.
If you have a pattern that’s not available in the configurator, or if you want something truly special, like a different shape or larger size, contact us! We can create a custom order for you.
No, unfortunatelly we don’t make them at the moment. It would be hard for us to develop configurator for them, and also they just need much more time than other fursuit parts, and we are afraid we wouldn’t have time for other things!
Yes, we can use furs that are not part of our standard offer, but there will be an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the details.
For tails and paws, you can wash them by hand in cold water, but do not use a washing machine or a hot water. Use a small amount of mild soap without additives. Do not tumble dry, place on a radiator, or use a hair dryer—it’s best to place them in front of a fan and let them air dry.
As for ears, don’t wash them. We use airbrush for the coloring, and they are much more delicate and durable than the rest of the parts.
Shipping
For Europe, it takes a few days; for the USA and Canada, around 2 weeks; and for other locations, up to 4 weeks. Keep in mind this is just the shipping time—you’ll need to add crafting time as well!
We ship internationally, except to a few countries, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, and North Korea.
If you’re from the EU, Norway, Iceland, or Switzerland, you won’t need to pay any duties or customs fees.
If you’re from a country that has a Free Trade Agreement with the EU, such as Canada or Japan, you should also be exempt from additional charges.
For U.S. buyers, most orders under $800 are duty-free, and you won’t have to pay any extra fees since August 29th the U.S. government will introduce a fixed import fee of $80 per item for international packages — regardless of value. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
For buyers from other countries, the rules vary depending on local customs laws. Some countries allow duty-free imports for orders under a certain value, so it’s a good idea to check with your local customs authorities.
If your order totals at least €200, we’ll ship it for free, no matter where you’re located. It might be a good idea to add a little something extra to your order to take advantage of the free shipping!
